Returns

We want you to LOVE every order, at the same time we understand that for various reasons a purchase might not be what you were looking for. We will happily accept the return or exchange of unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we ship an item in error.

To return an item it must be:
- Returned within 30 days of when you received the order.
- Unworn and unused with the original packaging with tags intact.
- In a new saleable condition.
- The original online purchase.

You are responsible for all freight and handling costs when returning your online purchase. To exchange a size or style, we ask that the original item be returned; then a new item purchased. If unsure about sizes, feel free to order two and return the one you don't want.

RETURNS PROCESS

If you checked out as a guest or as a returning customer, please follow the steps below.

  1. Email our returns department at hello@mammojo.com. In the email, please provide your order number, name, contact number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for return together with a photos showing the garment in original condition with tags attached. Providing these details will help process your request faster.
  2. For your convenience we will then supply you with an easy return label that you can print out or show to the post office on your phone for them to print.

The return freight of $6.99 will be deducted from your refund when your return is processed. We aim to process returns within 7 business days of the receipt of the returned products.

EXCHANGES

To get the fastest possible exchange we recommend you place a new order and return the incorrect size for a refund. If you are in between sizes, feel free to order two sizes and return the one you don't need for a refund.

SALE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

For all sale and promotional items we offer store credit as a refund only.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please follow the returns process above if you are returning a faulty item. If the product is deemed faulty as determined by us, the product will be replaced or exchanged and all freight and handling charges will be borne by Mammojo.
